SOAKING METHOD :
8-10 DROPS OF ESSENTIAL OIL ADDED TO WARM WATER , SOAK FOR 15-20 MINUTES.

FOOT THERAPY :
APPLY THE ESSENTIAL OIL TO THE FEET AND MASSAGE UNTIL ABSORBED .DRY WITH A TOWEL .

WARMING METHOD:
ADD 3-6 DROPS OF ESSENTIAL OIL IN HOT WATER ,SOAK THE TOWEL AND WRING IT OUT ,APPLY IT ON THE REQUIRE PART ,REPEAT THE ABOVE STEPS SEVERAL TIMES AFTER THE TOWEL IS COOLED .

MASSAGE :
APPLY THE ESSENTIAL OIL TO THE SKIN ,MASSAGE AND MASSAGE UNTIL THE ESSENTIAL OIL PENETRATES ,AND DRY IT WITH A TOWEL.
