Description
Steaming your face inherently does the opposite of minimizing pores, but it is an important first step in the pore-minimizing process. Steaming actually opens up the pores on your face, allowing them to release dirt, toxins and oil. Part of why pores become so visible is because of the amount of impurities in the pore, making pores wider and darker in appearance. So without fully cleansing your pores, you can not minimize them the maximum amount! The wonderful selection of organic herbs in this blend were picked for their ability to increase skin elasticity, diminish wrinkles, even skin tone, plus prevent and reverse environmental damage.
Directions: Bring one to two cups of filtered water to boil, remove from heat and add herbs. Clean face. Hold face over steam for 10 minutes, cover head with a towel for added effect. Optional-while pores are open use a clay mask or gently massage face with a cleansing oil and wipe off with a rag dipped in face steam water. Follow by covering face with a cold rag 2-3 times, then apply alcohol-free moisturizer. For extra pore shrinking follow with an ice cube, rose water, cucumber rub, or witch hazel water before moisturizing.
